All prices for our tours are quoted per person in USD or Euro. Please be aware that costs may vary based on the season and the availability of services.

To secure your preferred price, we recommend booking early with a deposit. Your tour price becomes fixed and guaranteed upon our receipt of your payment.
Solo travelers will incur a single room supplement. This additional charge applies when a private room is requested, differentiating from rates based on shared accommodation.
Should you desire enhanced comfort, room upgrades are available for an additional charge, subject to availability at the time of your request.
Our tour prices are comprehensive and include all applicable taxes and fees. You will not be required to make any additional payments during your trip, with the exception of personal expenses.

To cancel a booking, you must send us a formal request via email. Please clearly state which bookings or participants are affected by the cancellation.
Please be aware that if some travelers cancel from a group booking, this may lead to an increase in the price for the remaining participants. This is because the fixed costs of the tour will now be distributed among fewer individuals.
If the booking process has already commenced (e.g., flights or accommodations have been reserved), cancellation fees will apply. These fees may be handled in one of the following ways:
They may be deducted from your original deposit.
They may be invoiced separately to the individuals who canceled.
They may become part of the remaining payment due upon the arrival of the remaining travelers.
